For larger volumes or extended storage: Additional pallets: custom pricing, depending on size, duration, and item turnover Long-term or seasonal storage: available at discounted monthly rates No charge for reception, labeling, or daily stock monitoring There are no storage fees for standard short-term fulfillment items that leave the warehouse within a reasonable timeframe. 🟢 What’s included in our storage: Palletized or shelf-based storage Digital inventory tracking Temperature-controlled options (upon request) 🔄 2. Our return handling fees are: €0.45 per returned item for basic visual check and restocking €0.65 per item if cleaning, repacking, or relabeling is needed No additional courier fee if the return is part of your contract Full visibility through your ROCOURIER dashboard Returned items are handled carefully, documented, and made available for resale (if in acceptable condition).
